2. Booking and Payment Terms

Refund Policy: Once services have been provided, refunds are not available except in cases where Byron Bay Video is unable to deliver the promised product.

All video content, photos, and other materials created by Byron Bay Video remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
